Yes. For modules, the monthly subscription IS the pilot — month-to-month, cancel anytime. For custom builds we can scope a 2–3 week paid pilot (a slice of the full system) so you can validate quality before the full investment.

Custom is right when your workflow is unique to your industry or you need something the modules don't cover. We recommend honestly — sometimes the best answer is "use our module + a small custom add-on".

Yes. Each module has a base subscription plus stackable add-on packs (extra users, additional locations, advanced features). For deeper changes — custom workflows, branding, integrations — we offer paid customization on top of your subscription. Your data and configurations stay yours, regardless of customization scope.

Yes. Agencies and established partners can white-label our modules under their own brand and resell as a recurring-revenue business. See our Partner Program for details — there's no startup cost, and 20% revenue share for life on every client you bring.

Both options. Default modules use schema-per-company multi-tenant architecture (your data is isolated from every other client at the database level). For clients with strict data-residency or compliance needs, we offer fully dedicated database deployments as an add-on.

Two clear models. (1) Module subscriptions — monthly recurring per module, starting from a base price plus optional add-on packs. (2) Custom development — fixed-quote per project, paid in milestones. No hidden fees. Setup fees, where applicable, are billed once and shown upfront.

Bank transfers, Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and major digital wallets. For subscriptions: monthly auto-debit. For custom projects: milestone-based — we get paid only when each milestone is delivered and accepted.

Yes, where the module supports it — free-trial duration is shown on each product page. After the trial, monthly billing starts automatically; cancel anytime before it ends from your portal. Custom development isn't trial-eligible but does come with the paid pilot option above.

Yes. All module subscriptions are month-to-month — cancel anytime from your portal, no questions asked. You retain access until the end of the current billing period and can export your data anytime before or after cancellation.

Module-based projects (we customize an existing module): 2–4 weeks. Standalone web/mobile apps: 6–12 weeks. Enterprise multi-module deployments (e.g. our recent multi-development real-estate group running 10 systems on one platform): 3–6 months. Every quote includes a milestone-by-milestone timeline before you commit.

Yes — fully. For custom builds, source code and IP transfer to you on final milestone payment. For module subscriptions, your data is always yours and exportable at any time; the module software remains licensed to you for the duration of your subscription.

You get a dedicated project lead, a shared chat channel (Slack, WhatsApp, Teams or your preference) for daily updates, and a weekly demo of working features. Every change is tracked in writing. We do not vanish between milestones — if something is at risk, you hear about it the same day.

Yes. Module subscriptions are hosted on our own infrastructure — zero hosting setup for you. For custom projects you can either deploy to your own cloud account (we hand off DevOps + docs) or have us host and manage it for a flat monthly fee.

For specific compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR and others), we work with your team on the additional controls you need.

Module subscribers get email and in-portal support included with their plan. Custom-build clients get 30–90 days of free post-launch support (varies by project size) for bug fixes, then optional monthly maintenance contracts thereafter — typically 4–8 hours/month at a fixed retainer.

Yes. Modules receive regular feature updates, security patches and performance improvements at no extra cost — included in your subscription. For custom builds, ongoing changes are quoted as small change requests or rolled into a monthly retainer if you prefer continuous evolution.
